At Manles Cosplay, we make most items to order. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination and product type. Please read the details below before placing an order.
1) Production & Processing Time
- Made-to-order costumes: typically 5–12 business days (depending on complexity).
- Made-to-measure / fully custom requests: typically 14–40 business days, which may include pattern making, sampling, and confirmation.
2) Shipping Carriers & Tracking
Orders ship from China. We select the best available carrier for your destination and package type (e.g., postal lines, commercial express such as 4PX/CNE/UPS/DHL, etc.). Carrier selection may vary by destination, parcel size/weight, and availability. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
3) Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
- United States (US only): Free Standard Shipping is available when your order subtotal (after discounts, before shipping/taxes) is over $300.
- For orders below $300 (and for other destinations), shipping is calculated at checkout based on the products in your cart (costumes / shoes / props / accessories) and the selected shipping option (Standard or Express).
- Mixed carts: Shipping may be calculated by item type (e.g., costumes + shoes + props) and combined as one total at checkout.
- Accessories: Lightweight accessories are usually shipped together with costumes/shoes and often do not add extra shipping, but may be charged when purchased alone.
- Service fee / price-difference items never add shipping cost.
- Maximum shipping cap: Shipping is capped at $120 per order (shipping fees only; taxes/VAT/duties, if any, are not included).
- Final shipping fees are shown at checkout (shipping fees only). Taxes/VAT/duties (if any) are not included.
4) Estimated Shipping Time (after processing)
Shipping time estimates are in business days (excluding processing/production).
- United States: 7–12 business days
- Canada: 9–16 business days
- United Kingdom: 9–16 business days
- European Union: 9–15 business days
- Oceania: 14–30 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–40 business days
5) Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, weather, or carrier disruptions. If you need urgent delivery, please contact us before ordering.
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on item type and availability.
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate and reachable. If delivery fails or a package is lost/returned due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, refusal, or no one available to sign, the customer is responsible. Re-shipping costs may apply. Refunds (if applicable) can only be processed after the package is returned to us; original shipping and re-shipping fees are non-refundable.
6) VAT, Duties & Customs
We ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. We do not collect VAT/duties at checkout. Any import taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
For EU customers: imports may be subject to VAT and local handling fees based on your country’s regulations.
